I love your take on this challenge! When I hear "painted" I think grunge, and you went completely in the other direction.

I love how smooth the faces are, and the coloring is so discrete and comic-like. Great!

Ha! I mostly think brushes and weird hair painting. Mostly cause I don't know how to use paint or grunge textures anymore, so the first thing I do is paint all over instead and see how weird it turns out.
