I mean, I kind of was...I wanted a harsher lighting/ crops or negative space that hinted at melancholy or something along those lines. I guess I wasn't sure that in itself was enough. Especially with how vibrant the lighting is.

While I personally like the alternates better I think it's a bit too abstract of an interpretation of the theme so I'll go with the current submission as it is 🙂

And thanks for clarifying. I would have changed my set a third time but I thought it might be too many redo's. Good to know in future that we can alter submissions before the due date but I'll also be a bit more thoughtful and patient before actually putting up a submission 😁
