Hiya, yes that's correct, I think I've been inconsistent in this in the past but in theory for a themed all caps challenge the cap selection is up to and including the previous challenge's caps. If we went beyond the cap selection of the previous challenge, we might have caps that can't even be used in the themed all caps Challenge because those themes tend to be a bit more specific - e.g. this current friends challenge, if we included beyond the previous challenge selection, not all of the caps have multiple people in, friends or otherwise, so those caps couldn't possibly be used until the next all caps challenge.

It's different for an unthemed all caps challenge where it will include an extra batch of caps not yet posted, because there isn't a theme it needs to fit.
