As stunning as it is, I'm afraid I can't count 2 as minimalism at all. 4 is slightly more difficult but I'm afraid it too is a little too towards the more complex end of the spectrum since you have lighting, colouring and composition (albeit simple composition) involved, so I won't be able to include that either.
4 is great but I'm still hesitant about 2 because although it might just have one focus element, that colouring looks anything but simple/minimalist to an outside eye :/
Not muted so much as more natural-looking, so the colouring isn't so obviously altered from the original image - the examples in the challenge post probably are a better explanation of what I mean. It doesn't have to be completely un-coloured or anything, just less obvious. Does that make any more sense?
