Updated Rules & Info

The old rules/info page was a little outdated with the info, so I've made a new one

[community profile] capicontest is a fortnightly icon challenge community where the challenges centre around the caps posted at [community profile] capspiration every week. This community is open to everyone to enter. Your mod is [personal profile] novindalf.

General Rules
- Icons must be made new for the challenge
- Icons must fit DreamWidth restrictions
- You can create up to six icons for the challenge (unless the challenge states otherwise)
- Post your icons in a new entry tagged like so: maker: username, challenge ###, ~entries
- Icons can only be made from the caps posted in the designated period at [community profile] capspiration (unless the challenge states otherwise)

Other Things
- Challenges will run from Monday to Sunday
- The first place winner will be the community's default icon until the next winner is posted
- The first place winner will also be added to the list of challenge winners in the community profile
- There won't be banners
- Generally, challenges will be technical themes that you can do with the caps at [community profile] capspiration. There will be some special challenges where all caps posted at [community profile] capspiration are fair game, and challenges may be themed or not - but specific types of caps such as "faceless," "full-body," etc. will have a selection of appropriate caps do you don't have to hunt for them if you don't want to.
- If you don't like the caps at [community profile] capspiration you can either start posting there or request!
